Hi Robert and Carrie! My name is Sami Noble. I am very athletic and love playing sports, especially soccer. I think that being healthy and showing respect is very important. I also think laughter and fun is very important, because a day without a laugh or a smile, is a day wasted.
Some lessons I have learned while in this program is that you can't expect everything to go perfectly all the time, because it won't. For example, during the beginning of the house when we had to make a smaller scale version of the house, which we called the balsa wood house. It was probably the most frustrating thing ever. Everyone was assigned to build one or two walls, and there was a group building the floor trusses. During the individual build time, everyone thought their walls/trusses were turning out great. Everything changed when it came time to put it all together. Walls didn't fit, people were absent, walls were missing, walls were destroyed, it was a mess. So from that, I've learned not to expect things to go smoothly at first, but in the end, everything usually works out okay.
If I were to see Robert or Carrie again in the future, I would say hi and talk to them about how the house is and if they have done anything new to it. I hope they take good care of the house and live happily ever after. :)
