writing an equation of line with real world data points
In order to do this, you will need to find 3 data points such as the size of a drink, and how much it cost. That way you have 3 sizes (in ounces or gallons or whatever unit it is) and the price.
First, plot all the points on a graph with the size on the x-axis and the price on the y-axis. Then, using the data points and the graph, answer the following questions:
1.) What is the equation of the graph?
2.) What size is the better value?
3.) Is one size a rip off? If so, what one and why?
